PCR returns June 9

    Fans of all ages will be invited onto the Phillips County racetrack this Sunday, June 9, to meet with drivers and check out cars of all classes at Phillips County Raceway’s Fan Appreciation Night.
    Races will start at 5 p.m., and the meet and greet will take place at intermission. Drivers will bring candy for young fans. Raceway organizer Joe Bellm said a youth tire roll is also being planned.
    Bellm said he anticipates 100 cars Sunday, spread out over eight classes of racing, coinciding with the Colorado Alliance Tour.
