Phillips County sets planning, zoning fees

Effective Jan. 8, Phillips County set new planning and zoning fees. For either a zoning amendment or a conditional use permit, the fee is $110 plus the cost of advertising.

A subdivision exemption is $60 plus recording fees of $13 for the first page and $5 for each additional page.

Building permits are $45 plus the 1% use tax.

Road crossings are $165 for boring under each dirt or gravel road, and $420 for trenching across each dirt or gravel road ($420 trenching refundable deposit will be collected). For locally based utility companies, road crossings are $125.
