Girls Night Out planned in Haxtun

A free annual Girls Night Out event is planned for Friday, Feb. 7, at the Haxtun Community Center from 5:30-8 p.m., hosted by Haxtun Hospital District.

Community women of all ages are invited to attend. RSVPs are not required but recommended by calling 970-774-6123. Child care will be provided in the east room of the community center.

Keeping with the tradition of the event, the wine, women and wellness evening will focus on and celebrate women’s health.

The evening’s dinner and wine bar will open at 5:30 for soup, salad and breadsticks. Programming will begin at 6:15.

This year’s wine bar will feature a variety of wines from Mac’s Creek Winery based in Lexington, Nebraska, and Italian sodas will be available for those not interested in the wine tasting. Chocolates by Divine will be the evening’s featured sweet treat.
