Chambers team up for food drive

The chambers of commerce in Holyoke and Haxtun are partnering for a countywide food drive to help restock food bank shelves. Nonperishable food items can be dropped off in boxes that are set up throughout both communities through Wednesday, April 8. The food will be distributed to the four food banks in the county in time for Easter.

Nominate youth for economic scholarship

The Phillips County Economic Impact and Opportunity Scholarship is meant to recognize young individuals who have contributed to, have the desire to, or have fostered the overall economic growth, innovation, community development or entrepreneurial spirit of Phillips County. Nominations can be made for any youth between the ages of 12-21 who reside in Phillips County. Scholarship winners will be announced at the Phillips County Economic Development annual meeting April 27. Complete the form by April 1: https://forms.gle/ZjkLt3MF5k3xC3Pq6.

Graduation greetings needed by April 3
