Traffic lights get tuneup

Holyoke stoplights received an upgrade Jan. 29. The lights got new back plates and visors and are expected to hold up better in high winds. They also got reflective 2-inch strips around them to make them more visible in a power outage situation.  – The Holyoke Enterprise | Johnson Publications
