NCHD survey available

Northeast Colorado Health Department is conducting a survey to further understand the needs of the community. This survey will ask questions about experiences with the health department and questions about its programs and services. Responses will be anonymous.

Those who complete the survey may also enter a raffle to win a $50 Walmart gift card.
