Concert headlines Haxtun pool fundraiser

The Haxtun Swimming Pool Fundraising Team has planned a concert of Groove ’N Motion with the Rocky Mountain Horns on Saturday, Oct. 23, from 7-9 p.m. at the Haxtun High School gymnasium.

A meet and greet will be held from 5-6:30 p.m. at the Haxtun Community Center, featuring beer, wine and whiskey tasting sponsored by Haxtun Liquors.

Groove ’N Motion is Colorado’s premier powerhouse variety show featuring the horn driven classics from Chicago, Tower of Power, Earth Wind & Fire, as well as current hits from Bruno Mars, Justin Timberlake and countless others.

Their current list boasts more than 500 tunes from all genres.
