Grant church to host Christian author

Jon Harris, the author of “Christianity and Social Justice: Religions in Conflict,” will be in Grant, Nebraska, for a conference on the book.

The New Life Fellowship Church in Grant will host the author for the conference on Saturday, Nov. 6, and Sunday, Nov. 7.

The conference is open to the public at no charge with lunch and free child care provided both days.

Saturday’s event will run from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the church, 617 W. 4th. Sunday there will be Sunday school from 9-10 a.m. followed by the worship service beginning at 10:15 a.m.
