Cash prize on the line in Holiday Hide & Seek contest

A couple of Christmas elves have been running all over town to see what local businesses have to offer during the holiday season. The Enterprise needs help identifying where the elves have been. Look for clues and an official answer form in the Dec. 1 newspaper. The deadline to enter is Thursday, Dec. 9.

 

Toy, food donations sought next Wednesday

A holiday toy and food drive is set for Wednesday, Dec. 8, to benefit local families. Items can be dropped off at Mike Neill State Farm Insurance and Holyoke Chamber of Commerce offices at 118 N. Interocean Ave. from 9 a.m.-4 p.m.

 

Ag workgroup set for Tuesday

Natural Resources Conservation Service and the Haxtun Conservation District want to hear from locals. A workgroup meeting and annual mini meeting will be held Tuesday, Dec. 7, at 8:30 a.m. at Brewed Awakening Coffee and Bake Shop to help identify agricultural and natural resource issues within the community. This meeting is open to the public, and feedback provided will help direct agency programs. Landowners, ag producers, agri-businesses and other conservation partners are encouraged to attend. Football contest ends Friday
