Curved Dash Olds on display

The first mass produced automobile ever made was introduced in 1901 by The Olds Motor Works in Lansing, Michigan, and marked the beginning of the large-scale auto industry in the U.S. Dubbed the Curved Dash Olds for obvious reasons, the Model R Runabout was produced through 1907. A 1903 Oldsmobile Model R Runabout from the Forney collection will be displayed on the turntable at The Orphanage through mid-April.
