Garrett sentenced to 90 days in jail, 3 years probation

Levi Garrett, after pleading guilty on Jan. 25 to menacing, a Class 5 felony, and harassment, a Class 3 misdemeanor, with domestic violence proven on both counts, was sentenced to 90 days in jail and three years probation at his sentencing hearing Tuesday, March 22.
Garrett has until Friday, April 1, to turn himself in to begin to serve his jail time, and he will be able to choose between serving that time in either Yuma County or Logan County.
He will also have to complete a domestic violence evaluation, substance abuse evaluation and mental health evaluation as conditions of his probation.
A restitution hearing is scheduled for Tuesday, June 21, at 10 a.m.
