Leitz, Williams wed

David Dorwin “Chip” Leitz and Amanda Jo Williams of Holyoke were united in marriage June 19, 2022, at Holyoke First Baptist Church in a ceremony performed by Pastor Al Smith.

The groom is the son of David and Deb Leitz of Windsor and the grandson of Dorwin Padget of Wellington. He earned a Bachelor of Science in agroecology from the University of Wyoming.

The bride is the daughter of Scott and Marie Williams of Olathe, Kansas, and the granddaughter of Maggie Busch of Holyoke and Ron and Jan Williams of Marked Tree, Arkansas. She has a Bachelor of Arts in English from Pittsburg State University.

The best man was Ben Leitz, brother of the groom, from Wood, South Dakota. The maid of honor was Samantha Spears, sister of the bride, from Olathe.

The couple will celebrate with friends and family at a reception July 30 at Sunset View in Holyoke. Honeymoon plans included a Wyoming roadtrip to Saratoga, Landers and Thermopolis.
