Yuma art show is this weekend
Yuma Art Association will open the doors to its annual art show and sale Friday morning, Oct. 7, at 8 a.m. to accept entries.
Artists of any age or skill level in any medium can take recent works of art to First Presbyterian Church, 110 W. 4th Ave., Yuma, between 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
After judging Saturday, Oct. 8, the show will open to everyone from 1-4 p.m. with refreshments and a chance to visit with the judges. This is the perfect time to browse among some beautiful, challenging, exciting and interesting art; to buy a holiday gift; or to indulge in a special treat for oneself.
The show continues Sunday, Oct. 9, from 11 a.m.-4 p.m.; Monday and Tuesday, Oct. 10-11, from 10 a.m.-5 p.m.; and Wednesday, Oct. 12, from 10 a.m.-3 p.m.
