Kevin Scott is sworn in as Holyoke’s mayor by Holyoke City Clerk/Treasurer Kathleen Olofson on Tuesday, Oct. 18, one week after the death of former Mayor Orville Tonsing. Scott is set to serve in the position until the November 2024 mayoral election.
