Students to display artwork this weekend

Holyoke JR/SR High School art students are hosting a public art show this Thursday-Monday, May 4-8. Artwork will be on display in the Holyoke High School commons area Thursday, May 4, 6-8 p.m.; Friday, May 5, 5-8 p.m.; Saturday, May 6, 10 a.m.-noon; and Sunday, May 8, 2-5 p.m. 

An awards social will be held Monday, May 8, at 7 p.m.

Academic awards are this Thursday

The Holyoke JR/SR High School academic awards ceremony will be held Thursday, May 4, at 7 p.m. in Heginbotham Auditorium at HHS.

Cinco de Mayo dance is Friday

Bridges Foundation is hosting a Dia de la Madre dance on Cinco de Mayo, Friday, May 5, 7 p.m.-midnight, at Phillips County Event Center. Drawings will be held 7:30-9:30 p.m. All proceeds go back to the local community. For ticket information, call 970-580-2423.
