Dale O’Neal - Death Notice

Dale O’Neal was born Sept. 29, 1931. He died Sept. 14, 2019.

A celebration of life will be held Saturday, Sept. 28, at 1 p.m. at Phillips County Event Center.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to First United Methodist Church of Holyoke, 230 E. Furry St., Holyoke, CO 80734.
