Karen Ruth Hershfeldt was born Jan. 15, 1955, to Clyde and Merna Markussen. She entered into eternal life Feb. 17, 2022, surrounded by her family.

Karen was most passionate about her family. She doted on her grandbabies as they were her pride and joy. She enjoyed hosting annual cook-outs and always looked forward to the annual family camping weekend. She loved camping whether it be at Lake McConaughy or the mountains. She enjoyed the Colorado Rockies and spending summer weekends on the golf course with family. She also golfed on the Lady’s Golf League.
