Troy Higgins - Death Notice

Troy Leon Higgins died Sept. 12, 2019. He was born Jan. 7, 1966.

A celebration of life was scheduled for Thursday, Sept. 19, at 2 p.m. at First Church of the Nazarene in Yuma, with inurnment at Yuma Cemetery.
