$19,130 raised at service sale

    Community members showed up in a big way to support the Holyoke High School chapters of FCCLA and FFA on Monday, March 25. The annual service sale fundraiser raised $19,130 through a member auction, meal, silent auction and additional donations.
    Though it was postponed from its original March 14 date due to weather, the event didn’t seem to suffer from being rescheduled. At the center of the fundraiser was the service sale, in which FFA and FCCLA members were auctioned off to the highest bidders to do a day’s work. A total of 48 individuals and businesses purchased members.
