Northeastern Junior College in Sterling released its fall 2019 honor roll, marking the third-largest group of honorees since 2012.

Northeastern reports that 212 full-time students were given high academic achievement recognition, including 99 students who made the President’s List by earning a 4.0 grade point average. Among them was Emily Chaney of Holyoke.

Making the Vice President’s List with a 3.75-3.99 GPA was Carissa Zion of Holyoke. Jacinda Krueger of Holyoke and Keegan Shaw of Wray made the Dean’s List for a 3.5-3.74 GPA.

In Manhattan, Kansas, more than 4,220 Kansas State University students have earned semester honors for their academic performance in the fall 2019 semester.

Students earning a grade point average for the semester of 3.75 or above on at least 12 graded credit hours receive semester honors along with commendations from their deans. The honors also are recorded on their permanent academic records. Among them were Emma Roll and Austin Vieselmeyer of Amherst.
