FBLA qualifies 15 for nationals

Holyoke took close to 50 students to the state FBLA conference April 18-20 in Denver at the Gaylord of the Rockies. Over 3,000 members competed to place in the top four to make it to nationals in Chicago, Illinois, June 28-July 2.

Holyoke was one of only six chapters in Colorado to receive Chapter Champion status, which will earn them a banner at nationals this summer. At the national level, Holyoke was one of only two chapters in the state to receive this honor.

Holyoke also received the rank of Peak 5, the highest honor in Colorado. To receive this award, Holyoke documented over 100 pages of activities starting from last April 2021 through March 2022.

Holyoke qualified more members than any other chapter in northeast Colorado and was ranked with one of the highest qualifier percentages across the state.

The local chapter was pleased to have 28 students place in the top 10, which blew away the previous record of 17.
