HHS catering, FCCLA chapter knock dinner theater out of the park

Housewives in “Damn Yankees” sing about their baseball-obsessed husbands, “Six months out of every year when we cook for them it never pays. Instead of praising our goulash, they’re appraising the plays of Willie Mays.”

Well at Holyoke High School, at least, the goulash was being praised. The school’s Nov. 22 dinner theater combined the culinary skills of the catering class and FCCLA chapter along with the theatrical skills of the drama department.
