Holyoke Elementary represents at Brain Bowl

Coached by Carly Daniel and Kaitlin Hansberry, the students competed in Fort Morgan on Feb. 1. In the third-fourth grade division, Holyoke’s two teams tied for fifth place out of 20 teams. In the fifth-sixth grade division, Holyoke’s two teams of three battled hard against 17 other teams from the region. In the competition, students completed one written round and four oral rounds against another team to accumulate points throughout the day.
