Hospital foundation announces 2019-20 scholarship recipients

    Melissa Memorial Hospital Foundation is pleased to announce it has awarded seven scholarships for the 2019-20 school year.
    Kaylee Camblin is the recipient of the Charla Berry Memorial Scholarship and will attend the University of Nebraska at Kearney. This scholarship was founded in memory of Berry by her family with scholarships being awarded for more than 18 years.
    Grace Dille is the recipient of the Legacy Scholarship and is attending Dordt University in Sioux Center, Iowa. This scholarship was created in 2012. Funds continue to be raised each year through the annual MMHF Legacy Event.  This scholarship fund has also been designated by several families for their loved one’s memorials.
    Savannah Burris receives the Winona Rouze Nursing Scholarship and will attend the University of Colorado in Colorado Springs. This scholarship was created in memory of Rouze by her family, with the first scholarship awarded in 2011.
