Lutze is Fort Hays State University graduate

Josilyn Lutze graduated from Fort Hays State University in December 2020 with a Bachelor of Science degree in agriculture with a focus on agricultural education and a Bachelor of Science degree in education with a focus on secondary education.

Lutze completed her student teaching at Stockton High School in Stockton, Kansas, in grade 8-12 agriculture.

She was an active member of Sigma Alpha Sorority (a professional agricultural sorority for women) and a member of the university livestock judging team.

Lutze plans to substitute teach in Holyoke and follow her passion of working on the family farm. She’s also currently taking classes online to work toward a Master of Science degree in instructional technology.

Lutze is a 2016 graduate of Holyoke High School and a 2018 graduate of Colby Community College. She is the daughter of Mark and Mendi Lutze.
