Re-1J meeting Feb. 22

    The next meeting of Holyoke School District Re-1J Board of Education was changed to Wednesday, Feb. 22, due to the Feb. 21 district basketball games scheduled in Holyoke.
    A work session will begin at 6:15 p.m. Feb. 22 in the board meeting room in HJHS room No. 218, with the regular meeting to begin at 7 p.m.
    Work session topics include the budget and evaluations.
    The superintendent’s report will include discussion on the 2017-18 school calendar, legislative update and winter NWEA update.
    Action items on the agenda include approval of classified resignation, new hires, second reading of policies on administration of medical marijuana to qualified students, principal contracts and superintendent contract.
