School pumps up Dragon pride with new spirit activities

A lot of things have changed in 2020, but one thing still going strong is Dragon pride at the Holyoke JR/SR High School.
A new event this fall is Dragon Pride Day, set for Wednesday, Sept. 30.
Students and staff at the JR/SR high are encouraged to dress up to show off their Dragon pride, and after lunch they will head outside for a pep rally and games centered around softball and golf.
The parade and other festivities traditionally celebrated at homecoming have been moved to the spring.
