Smiles, songs and dance moves steal the show

Christmas spirit was alive and well at the annual Holyoke Elementary School program Thursday, Dec. 12.

Music teacher Marcia Dalton directed a delightful show with three different age groups on the Holyoke High School auditorium stage.

Kindergarten students started off the evening with a big line-up of songs: “Christmas ABC’s,” “I Want to be an Elf,” “Gingerbread Cookies,” “Baby Christmas Tree,” “If I were a Reindeer” and “Jingle Bell Stomp.”

Second graders took the stage next with “When the Holidays Come” and “Ugly Sweater.”

“Santa is My Buddy” included narrators Lucas Jordan, Laityn Bieber, Joseph Kleve, Sophia Martinez Daniel, Genni Koberstein, Maite Sanchez, Jasper McIntire, Hudson Lueth, Delanie Davis, Adri Mallari, Adi Priddy, Brooklyn O’Keef, Eva Schlachter, Levi Clayton and Jayden Aguilar Dominguez.

“Regift It” featured regifters Gavin Skinner, Aubree Kammer, Derek Aranda Dominguez, Amy Struckmeyer, Luella Hensley, Max Giles, Cruse Weber, Jozelyn Perez and Tenley Becker.
