Students of the Month

Students of the Month for September at Holyoke JR/SR High School have been named. They are freshman Kai Siep, nominated by vo-ag teacher Shauna Strecker, and seventh-grader Riley Klinzmann, nominated by resource teacher Nancy Miles.

Siep’s letter read, “Mr. Siep is always very respectful and polite to all teachers, students and others in the building. He is always helpful in class to the teacher and the other students. He has adjusted well to Holyoke and being a new student (last year) and really takes pride in being a student here. He has shown his commitment to the FFA by being at all he can be and recently being selected to attend the National FFA Convention.”

Klinzmann’s nomination letter read, “Riley is an amazing kid! He greets and acknowledges other students with a smile on his face every day. He is generous with his time and has a big heart. He truly is the nice kid!!”
