3 league teams advance to football playoffs

Burlington, Limon and Wray are three of the 16 1A 11-man football teams to advance to the first round of state playoff action Nov. 3-4. The Cougars, Badgers and Eagles will all play at 1 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 4.
No. 5 Burlington will host No. 12 Platte Canyon, No. 10 Limon will travel to No. 7 Crowley County, and No. 13 Wray will travel to No. 4 Strasburg.
