Awards night recognizes girls basketball team

    An awards celebration Friday, March 31, honored the HHS girls basketball team and its 2016-2017 season. The girls are coached by John Baumgartner with assistant Ben Rahe.
    The varsity team finished the season with a 15-7 record and fourth place at the district tournament.
    Letterwinners recognized on Friday were seniors Brook Prottsman, Tara Krueger and Karen Nuñez; junior Grace Dille; sophomores Kaylee Camblin and Savannah Burris; and freshmen Emily Jelden and Taeryn Trumper.
