Booster club to host Mouse Races July 13

    Whenever there’s mice involved, things are bound to get interesting! Dragon Booster Club is excited to host its first ever Mouse Races Friday, July 13.
    Social hour with an open bar begins at 5 p.m. at Phillips County Event Center, followed by a hearty dinner at 6 p.m., including meat prepared by Allyn Robinson of Happy Jacks Barbeque. Mice will be auctioned off for races beginning at 7 p.m. A silent auction will also be available throughout the evening.
    Money raised at the event will benefit all athletic teams at Holyoke JR/SR High School. Since Dragon Booster Club’s launch last year, it has provided $12,500 in funds for summer sports camps, athletic equipment and more.
