Calm, collected, confident, consistent Lady Dragons win at Perkins County

Coach Michelle Vieselmeyer described the varsity volleyball team as calm, collected, confident and consistent after a big win at Perkins County in Grant, Nebraska, on Thursday, Oct. 21.

Holyoke won in three sets: 25-12, 25-16 and 25-20.

Vieselmeyer said the girls worked hard on their defense, and “they were aggressive both serving and attacking.”

Kristin Vieselmeyer led Tuesday’s statistics with 21 attacks including 10 kills and 20 serves including seven aces.

Elise Krogmeier grabbed four blocks, and Elyce Talavera set the ball 47 times resulting in 14 assists for kills.
