District 2 teams knocked out before May 26 state baseball

    Three high school baseball teams represented District 2 going into round one of the Colorado 2A regional/state tournament, which began last weekend.
    Sedgwick County beat Swink 8-1 in the first round but went on to lose 14-10 to Dayspring Christian Academy in the quarterfinals. Dayspring Christian had already beaten Yuma 6-0 in the first round of the tournament. Haxtun also lost in round one, 6-3 to Peyton.
