Full raceway season opens with triple-header April 16-18

Phillips County Raceway at the fairgrounds in Holyoke will kick the year off with a bang with a three-day season opener April 16-18.

For the opener, action will begin at 7 p.m. Friday, April 16; 6 p.m. Saturday, April 17; and 3 p.m. Sunday, April 18.

International Motor Contest Association racing will be featured throughout the season on what is boasted as the fastest 3/8-mile dirt track in Colorado.

Additionally, PCR will feature High Plains late models, Powri lightning sprints, ASCS sprint cars, CDC dwarfs and the fan favorite Colorado Vintage Oval Racers throughout the 2021 season.

Each race will feature a UTV race in which anyone with a side-by-side can join the fun. New this year will be mini mods for the kids.
