Game faces are out, and summer ball’s in full swing

Nothing makes it feel like summer as quickly as days spent at the baseball field. Last Saturday, June 8, a sunny morning was spent playing the first T-Ball and machine-pitch games of the season.
Run by the City of Holyoke recreation department, the program provides young kids an introduction to baseball before they reach peewee age. Coaches Jade Goldenstein, Ashley Clayton and Victoria Timm focus on the fundamentals and good sportsmanship.
