Golf tournament to support assault, abuse victims June 22

Sexual Assault Response Advocates, or S.A.R.A. House, invites the public to its ninth annual Prairie Challenge fundraiser Saturday, June 22, at Keith Bath Farms.
The Prairie Challenge is a nine-hole, nontraditional golf tournament. Funds from this event will go to support S.A.R.A. House in its mission to empower sexual assault and domestic violence victims through direct victim services; community education that impacts deep-seated beliefs and behaviors; and the development of a coordinated community response to the crime of sexual assault and domestic violence.
“Since learning about the work done at S.A.R.A. House to protect young children in our communities, I have been hosting this event on my farm,” said Keith Bath. “I have been thrilled to see it grow every year.”
A shotgun start is set for 8 a.m. at 22424 MCR Q near Fort Morgan. The registration cost for a four-person team includes nine holes, goodie bags, lunch and beverages.
Hole sponsorships are available and include one or two teams of four along with promotion before, during and after the event.
