HHS cheerleaders earn 3rd at state
Holyoke High School cheerleaders brought home third place in the 2A all-girl cheer state competition at the Broadmoor World Arena in Colorado Springs last Thursday-Saturday, Dec. 9-11.
Coach Megan Humphreys said the girls were just 0.4 of a point away from second place, and she was so happy with the way they competed.
“The girls had the best performance during finals that I have ever seen, and I am beyond proud of their hard work and determination leading up to that moment,” she said. “Hearing that we made it to finals was a moment all of us will cherish and remember forever.”
