Holyoke track stays on its game at Bill Kalb Invite

Holyoke track and field earned top finishes at the 51st Annual Bill Kalb Invite in Yuma on Monday, April 8.
Coach Corey Koberstein said he was proud of how well the team did in spite of a stressful schedule. He said watching some of the team’s younger tracksters improve and find their niches has been the highlight of the season, and that their growth was on display Monday.
“We were still a little sore from having two meets in three days, but there were still a lot of people who got personal bests,” he said.
Correy Koellner was a double winner in girls shot put and discus, while Aaron Sierra won the boys 300 meter hurdles.
