JH track up and running

    Holyoke junior high track is up and running with its first meet set for Friday, April 7, in Holyoke.
    A March 30 meet in Sterling was canceled due to extreme wind damage to the track.
    Seventeen girls and 29 boys are out for track this year. Girls include seven eighth-graders, Emali Torres, Taylor Trumper, Chloie Metzger, Yeidi Juarez, Ashlynn Guzman, Ashley Rahe and Kylie Purkeypile; and 10 seventh-graders, Josie Schlachter, Kristin Vieselmeyer, Wendy Chaparro Rangel, Anna Chaney, Lauren Herman, Kyleigh Jaeger, Rachel Krueger, Miranda Schroetlin, Havyn Powell and Oyuki Rangel Fuentes.
