JV girls win 2 at home

    Holyoke’s junior varsity girls basketball defeated Haxtun 28-3 Friday, Jan. 5, and Burlington 44-18 Saturday, Jan. 6.

    In three quarters of action, the Dragons defeated the Bulldogs 28-3 Friday, Jan 5.
    Holyoke easily dominated throughout the game, scoring 10 points in the first quarter. Shutting out Haxtun in the second period, the Dragons added another 16 points. The final quarter saw little action as Holyoke only gained two points for a 28-3 final score.
