Lady Dragons drub Perkins Co.

Holyoke High School girls basketball soundly beat Perkins County on Tuesday, Jan. 22, pulling away early and ending more than 30 points ahead, 50-18.
Coach John Baumgartner said that, despite Holyoke’s offensive trouble this year and the absence of starter Taeryn Trumper, who rolled an ankle during practice, the team was able to easily slip past Perkins  County defenders.
“Overall, we knocked shots down when we needed them,” Baumgartner said. “I thought our inside presence definitely gave them fits.”-
