Let’s prep for Pink Out

Friday, Oct. 4, Dragon fans of all ages will be sporting pink for Holyoke’s fall Pink Out event. That evening HHS will play Yuma, with volleyball beginning at 4 p.m. and football at 7 p.m.

So what’s with all the pink? October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and the Pink Out is raising funds to bring a 3D mammography machine to Melissa Memorial Hospital.

The Lady Dragon volleyball team is preparing a bake sale and silent auction for Oct. 4.

Two different Pink Out T-shirts are also available this year. They can be purchased at the volleyball game or in advance by contacting the MMH radiology department at 970-854-2241.
