Limon to face Peyton in state championship

No. 1 Limon defeated No. 13 Rye 16-6 on Saturday, June 19, to secure their place in the 2A state baseball championship game against No. 3 Peyton on Saturday, June 26. Peyton beat No. 7 Buena Vista 8-1 to punch their ticket to the championship game.

No. 4 Wray was defeated by Rye 4-3 on Tuesday, June 15. That same day, No. 10 Wiggins lost to Buena Vista 14-6, and No. 2 Highland beat No. 15 Burlington 13-5.
