LPAA looking to set JH sport schedule

A seasons proposal for junior high sports in the Lower Platte Activities Association was compiled by league athletic directors in an Aug. 11 in-person meeting in Merino.
Holyoke athletic director John Baumgartner reported on the proposal at the Aug. 18 local school board meeting. He noted that a league meeting will be held Sept. 2 to officially adopt the proposal after ADs have had the opportunity to present it to their administrations and boards.
Junior high sports are not sanctioned by Colorado High School Activities Association, so will not specifically follow the high school schedules A, B, C and D for 2020-21.
