Nuggets Skills winners compete in Windsor

Back in January, four youth competing in the local Denver Nuggets Skills Challenge qualified to advance to sectionals. On Feb. 23, youth ages 6-13 competed in the Windsor sectional event for the chance to go on to state competition.

From Holyoke, Isaiah Murray took second in the 8-9-year-old boys division. Addison Jones of Wray placed third among 12-13-year-old girls.

First-place winners in each division will compete at state Saturday, April 11. They also received tickets to that night’s Nuggets basketball game against the Sacramento Kings at the Pepsi Center.
