PCR plans races, fireworks July 3

Kicking off the Fourth of July weekend, Phillips County Raceway at the fairgrounds in Holyoke will be the site for entertainment Friday, July 3.

Stock car racing begins at 7 p.m., and a fireworks show will end the evening’s activities.

Throughout the evening, the beer garden will be open and concessions will be available on the grounds.
