Ranch rodeo gets wild and wooly
With cowboys trying their hand at such wild things as bronc riding and kids giving wooly mutton bustin’ a shot, the July 24 ranch rodeo at Phillips County Fair was an exciting kickoff to the week’s entertainment.
The free ranch rodeo drew a good crowd of spectators and went off without a hitch Wednesday evening. While many traveled to town for the competition, there were several familiar faces seen throwing their hats in the ring as well.
