Revere football coach Dave Rice is 2020 Hall of Fame inductee

Dave Rice is being honored for his time as coach of Revere football by being inducted into the Colorado High School Coaches Association Hall of Fame. This is the 57th class to be inducted.

The Hall of Fame induction ceremony will be Saturday, March 28, 2020, at the Radisson Hotel Denver Southeast, 3155 S. Vaughn Way, Aurora, CO 80014. A reception will be held at 5:30 p.m. with the dinner and induction starting at 6:30 p.m. Tickets for the event may be purchased at the CHSCA website at www.colohsca.org.

The Revere Raiders owned six-man football from 1988-1997, winning six state championships. The man at the helm was Rice. Throw in a couple of runner-up trophies during his 10-year period, and few were the years when the championship game was void of the teams from Ovid/Sedgwick.
