Runners risk tasting the rainbow in Thrashers color run

    Wednesday night had more of a crowd than usual at this year’s Phillips County Fair, and a large portion of the action was centered on the Thrashers softball team fundraising efforts.
    Things kicked off with a 5K color run, in which participants donned white T-shirts that gathered more and more color as the race went on. The starting line featured everyone tossing their colored powder into the air, and softball players were stationed along the path to add more to passing runners.
